Coach-led 3D training · dance first · early access

See the movement,
not just the video.

Film a movement on your phone. VidBack rebuilds it in 3D, joint by joint and muscle by muscle, and turns your coaching into short daily drills with feedback, so the work you teach on Monday is still there on Friday.

From your video to their practice

  1. 1

    You record

Film yourself dancing a figure or a whole routine, the way you already do for your students. One phone, any studio.

  2. 2

    We build the lesson

VidBack reconstructs your movement in 3D and splits it into drills: the hip action, the rotation, the footwork. You add your cues and counts, in your words.

  3. 3

    Students practise

Short daily sessions: watch the 3D demo from any angle, tap along to the count, answer a quick check. Streaks and progress keep them coming back, and you see who is practising.

See what the eye misses

Turn the dancer around, slow the step to a quarter speed, and show which muscles do the work and which tissue stretches. The things you explain with your hands, made visible.

The course builder: a coach's drill list, the 3D demo of a figure, and the student's practice path on a phone

Your method, as a course

Group your figures into units, write the cues the way you say them in class, and set a daily goal. Students get a practice path; you keep your teaching, your voice and your name on it.

We're opening VidBack to a small group of coaches first, and building it with them. Tell us a little about your teaching and we'll be in touch when your spot opens.

Free during early access.

Questions

What do I need to film?

A phone on a tripod or a shelf, the whole body in frame including your feet, and decent light. Film the way you'd film a practice video for students; VidBack handles a phone that pans a little.

Which dances work?

Anything danced solo: Latin and ballroom technique, Argentine tango, salsa, bachata, practice routines and drills. Partnered work, with two dancers in frame, is in development.

Who owns my videos and courses?

You do. Your videos and courses stay yours, and they're shown only to the students you choose.

Do my students see my face?

They see a 3D dancer moving the way you move. Whether your original video is shown alongside it is up to you.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access. We'll agree pricing with our first coaches before anyone is asked to pay.
