Privacy notice

This notice covers the coach waitlist on vidback.ai. It was last updated on 22 October 2026.

What we collect

• What you type into the waitlist form: your name, email address, your role, what you teach and roughly how many students you teach.
• The country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider, and the time you signed up.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about early access to VidBack and to understand which coaches and dance styles to build for first. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form.

Where it is kept

The site is hosted by Vercel, and the waitlist is stored in a database run by Upstash, in the United States. Both act as our processors. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens for you, or until you ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to privacy@vidback.ai. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
